Important notice [3 Oct 2019]
We are moving warehouses on Thursday 3 Oct. During this period, any orders made from Friday 4 Oct to Monday 7 Oct are anticipated to be sent out on Tuesday, 8 Oct.
We kindly ask that you please understand the slight delay in shipment during this grace period whilst we move and set everything up in the new warehouse.
Monday 7 Oct: Labour Day Public Holiday (NSW)
Australia Post and couriers will not be operating on this day.
Click & Collect Orders:
We are temporarily pausing all Sydney CBD Click & Collect orders until we have fully moved into the new warehouse. This will be updated at a later date.
Orders are processed, packed and despatched within 24 hours of being placed.
For SAME DAY DESPATCH, please place your order before 12pm, Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be despatched the following Monday.
All orders are sent out from Sydney, Australia.
Regular Post orders are sent via Australia Post or Courier. We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $60 (after any promotional codes applied).
For orders under $60, there is a flat rate fee of $6.50.
Express Post orders are sent via Australia Post. There is a flat rate fee of $10 for Express Post.
All Australian Post parcels are sent out with Authority To Leave.
On the day of delivery, if someone is at the premises to sign for the parcel, a signature will be required. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be left in a safe place.
If there is no safe place to leave the parcel unattended, it will be taken to the nearest post office and a notification card will be left for you.
All PO Box and Parcel Locker / Parcel Collect shipping addresses will be sent out via AusPost.
Let’s Face It is not liable for any delayed, stolen or lost orders once the parcel has been marked as delivered by Australia Post.
Similarly, our courier service will request a signature upon delivery however, if no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be left in a safe place.
Any parcels delivered by our courier service to an Apartment or Unit shipping address will not be left unattended. If no one is available at the apartment / unit to sign for the parcel, you will receive a notification card with details as to how to collect your parcel.
Let’s Face It is not liable for any delayed, stolen or lost orders once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier service. Let’s Face It is also not liable for any stolen or missing orders if you request Authority To Leave.
Customer Delivery Instructions
You are welcome to leave any delivery instructions in the checkout screen when you make your order. We will place this on the shipping label. However, please note that the person delivering your parcel may not be able to ‘phone upon arrival’.
We highly recommend that if you do not want your parcel to be left if no one is home, please let us know in the order notes.
Estimated Delivery Times
2-5 business days (NSW)
3-10 business days (Interstate metro areas)
For interstate rural areas, delivery may take slightly longer. Please check your tracking number that is provided once orders are shipped.
1-3 business days for all major metropolitan areas in Australia. If you live outside of these areas please allow a couple of extra days for delivery.
After your order has been despatched, you will receive an email notification with your order summary and tracking number. If your tracking number states your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact Australia Post or the Courier Service regarding the delivery of your parcel.
Return To Sender
Should your parcel be returned to Let’s Face It due to being unclaimed, incorrect shipping address given during order process, or property is not accessible, there will be a $20 AUD fee charged to you for the additional handling and shipping costs of re-delivery. Should you wish to receive a refund for the order instead, the return to sender fee charged to Let’s Face It will be deducted from your total order and the remainder will be refunded to your account.
If the shipping address given on the order form is slightly inconsistent e.g. Suburb and Post Code do not align according to AusPost, Let’s Face It will attempt to contact you first to re-confirm your shipping address. If there is no response, Let’s Face It will proceed to ship the order to the given shipping address on the order confirmation. Please ensure the shipping address given is always accurate to avoid any Return To Sender situations.
Click & Collect
[As mentioned above, click & collect orders will temporarily be unavailable until further notice]
We offer free click & collect in Sydney CBD (Pitt Street) for our Sydney customers (select Banh & Butter location in checkout).
Click & collect orders are despatched and sent to our pick up location within 24 hours. Orders placed before 9pm on Sunday – Thursday are ready for pick up the following business day (Monday – Friday). You will receive an SMS notification once your order is ready for pick up. Please show your order number and sign the order receipt once you have collected your order. If for some reason the order will not be available the next day, you will be notified via email.

Orders are available for pick up between Monday – Friday, 7am-3pm.
Let’s Face It currently only ships domestic within Australia but will soon cater for international shipping!
