Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed, packed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
All orders are sent out from Sydney, Australia. Regular Post orders are sent via Australia Post or Courier. Express Post orders are sent via Australia Post.
Free standard shipping for orders over $60 (after any promotional codes applied).
For orders under $60, there is a $6.50 flat rate shipping fee for regular post, and $10 flat rate for express post.
Free click & collect in Sydney CBD (Pitt Street) for our Sydney customers (select location in checkout).
Click & collect orders are dispatched and sent to our pick up location within 24 hours. You will receive an SMS notification once your order is ready for pick up. Please show your order number and sign the order receipt once you have collected your order. The orders are usually available the next business day. If for some reason the order will not be available the next day, you will be notified via email.

Orders are available for pick up between Monday – Friday, 7am-3pm.
Regular post delivery times:
2-5 business days (NSW)
3-10 business days (Interstate metro areas)
For interstate rural areas, delivery may take slightly longer. Please check your tracking number that is provided once orders are shipped. You can also ask your local post office for an approximate delivery time frame for parcel posts sent from Sydney NSW.
Express post delivery times:
1-3 business days for all major metropolitan areas in Australia. If you live outside of these areas please allow a couple of extra days for delivery.
Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email notification with your order tracking number. If your tracking number states your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact Australia Post or the Courier Service regarding the delivery of your parcel. Let’s Face It is not liable for any delayed, stolen or lost orders once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the postal service.
Let’s Face It currently only ships domestic within Australia but will soon cater for international shipping!
