EASTER & ANZAC DAY BREAK 2019
Due to the Easter Long Weekend and Anzac Day Public Holidays, all orders made from 2pm on Thursday, 18 April – Monday 22 April will be shipped on Tuesday, 23 April.
Orders made from 2pm on Wednesday, 24 April – Thursday, 25 April will be shipped out on Friday, 26 April 2019.
All Orders made for Click & Collect from Thursday, 18 April – Monday 22 April will be delivered to our Click & Collect location (Banh & Butter, Pitt St) on Tuesday, 23 April.
Any Click & Collect Orders made on 24-25 April will be delivered on Friday, 26 April.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Orders are processed, packed and despatched within 24 hours of being placed.
Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be despatched the following Monday.
All orders are sent out from Sydney, Australia.
Regular Post orders are sent via Australia Post or Courier. We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $60 (after any promotional codes applied).
For orders under $60, there is a flat rate fee of $6.50.
Express Post orders are sent via Australia Post. There is a flat rate fee of $10 for Express Post.
Click & Collect
We offer free click & collect in Sydney CBD (Pitt Street) for our Sydney customers (select Banh & Butter location in checkout).
Click & collect orders are despatched and sent to our pick up location within 24 hours. Orders placed before 9pm on Sunday – Thursday are ready for pick up the following business day (Monday – Friday). You will receive an SMS notification once your order is ready for pick up. Please show your order number and sign the order receipt once you have collected your order. If for some reason the order will not be available the next day, you will be notified via email.

Orders are available for pick up between Monday – Friday, 7am-3pm.

2-5 business days (NSW)
3-10 business days (Interstate metro areas)
For interstate rural areas, delivery may take slightly longer. Please check your tracking number that is provided once orders are shipped. You can also ask your local post office for an approximate delivery time frame for parcel posts sent from Sydney NSW.
1-3 business days for all major metropolitan areas in Australia. If you live outside of these areas please allow a couple of extra days for delivery.
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email notification with your order summary and tracking number. If your tracking number states your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact Australia Post or the Courier Service regarding the delivery of your parcel.
Let’s Face It sends out all parcels with “Authority To Leave If Requested“. This means AusPost will confirm with you, prior to delivery, whether you give authority to leave in a safe place or take to nearest post office if no one is home. If no response is received by AusPost from you, the default option is: signature required if someone is home. If no one is home to sign for your parcel, a notification card will be left to collect the parcel at your nearest post office. AusPost will not leave the parcel in a safe place unless requested by you prior to delivery.
Let’s Face It is not liable for any delayed, stolen or lost orders once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the postal service. Let’s Face It is also not liable for any stolen or missing orders if you request Authority To Leave.
Return To Sender
Should your parcel be returned to Let’s Face It due to being unclaimed, incorrect shipping address given during order process, or property is not accessible for AusPost, you will be responsible for additional handling and shipping costs of re-delivery. Should you wish to receive a refund for the order instead, the return to sender fee charged to Let’s Face It will be deducted from your total order and the remainder will be refunded to your account.
If the shipping address given on the order form is slightly inconsistent e.g. Suburb and Post Code do not align according to AusPost, Let’s Face It will attempt to contact you first to re-confirm your shipping address. If there is no response, Let’s Face It will proceed to ship the order to the given shipping address on the order confirmation. Please ensure the shipping address given is always accurate to avoid any Return To Sender situations.
Let’s Face It currently only ships domestic within Australia but will soon cater for international shipping!
