Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Let’s Face It hopes every customer loves his/her products purchased just as much as we do! However, in case there is something wrong with your purchase, please see our returns & exchange policy below.
Refunds will not be given for change of mind. Refunds are only given for faulty goods.
Let’s Face It aims to ensure all products sold are treated with care on their journey from the warehouse to our store / customer’s delivery address, and arrive in perfect condition. All our products are sold in sealed packaging.
If for any reason you have collected / received a faulty item via post from an online purchase, please first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your item with your name, date of purchase, order number and photos of the faulty item. We will then investigate the situation and liaise with you via email regarding returning your faulty item. Once we have received the item and it has been accepted as faulty, you will have a choice between being issued a full refund, exchanging for another item or a store credit.
If you have received a faulty item from an in store purchase, please bring the item back in store within 7 days, unused and with your receipt.
Returns for change of mind will not be accepted for online orders.
For in store purchases:
This policy is applicable only during the times our pop up store is open.
For change of mind, we are happy to accept item returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be brought back in store with the receipt and must be returned in its original condition with sealed packaging. Returned items can be exchanged for other items in store or for a store credit that is valid for 12 months. Store credits can be redeemed in store or online. Returns will not be accepted on any used products or on items where the original packaging has been damaged.
