The Korean Beauty Superfruit Serum That’s Reducing Ageing!Posted on 28/08/2019
There are a plethora of amazing Korean skincare brands in the market. Some are more known than others however, this doesn’t mean that the less known brands aren’t just as good. SKIN & LAB is a relatively known K beauty brand. We wanted to shine some light on this humble name and give it the attention it deserves. One of the best sellers from our SKIN & LAB range is a Korean beauty superfruit serum. Formulated with a high concentration of superfruit extracts that deliver an abundance of vitamins, minerals and nutrients into your skin. A Sydney beauty blogger, @theslee, tests out this brightening and anti-ageing serum. Read her review of the SKIN & LAB Red Serum below!

Cruelty free 🐰 and also made for sensitive skin 🍃 Includes powerful superfruit extracts such as:
🍓Pomegranate, Blueberry, Acai, Raspberry, Cloudberry, Wolfberry.
These ingredients help to protect skin from signs of ageing caused by free radicals, while niacinamide and adenosine minimises the appearance of dark spots, fine lines and wrinkles 👵🏻🙅🏻♀️
So many amazing ingredients right?! So how did I feel after using it? At first I noticed the scent had a bit of an off-putting scent but then I did some researching and found out it’s actually from all the ingredients! (So you do have to be mindful of the scent).
However, after using it for quite some time! I noticed how bouncy and easier it made for my makeup to apply on and all my little fine lines were slowly going away 😮 I’m still yet to test to see if it removes my hyperpigmentation! There is ingredients of niacinamide in it, so hopefully that’ll slowly appear away 🙏🏻
About Skin & Lab Red Serum
This Korean beauty serum uses mainly superfruits that are rich in antioxidants and vitamins to visibly reduce signs of ageing in addition to protecting your skin from further ageing. Some of these superfruits also contain fatty acids, fibroblasts and animo acids; all of which promote bouncy, plump skin. Niacinamide boosts collagen production which is needed as our body’s natural production of collagen declines once over the age of 21. It also accelerates the process of skin cell renewal, thus producing a brighter and even toned complexion. Use this serum daily, morning and night, for best results.
Pomegranate – promotes the growth of fibroblasts (aka cells that produce elastin and fibre in your skin), which improves your skin’s suppleness and smoothness.
Blueberry – rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C, thus protects your skin from free radicals and UV rays that cause ageing; helping to prevent wrinkles as well as pigmentation.
Acai Berry – contains a high concentration of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Therefore also protects your skin against free radicals and premature wrinkles.
Raspberry – this extract has astringent properties that work to tighten your skin. Also contains Vitamin C to fight against wrinkle formation in addition to Fatty Acids that provide deep moisture which can relieve skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis.
Cloudberry – this is an orange berry that looks like a cross between red currant and raspberry fruit. It has Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Ellargic Acid (antioxidant) which all help minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Lycium (Goji Berry) – rich in amino acids, minerals, Vitamin C. This berry improves skin tone and stimulates collagen production, thus giving your skin a healthy glow. Also full of antioxidants to protect your skin from skin cell damage that leads to premature ageing.
